The site for this week is an educator's resource for teaching and learning sponsored by several educational groups in Alberta Canada. This excellent portal provides information for administrators, teachers, and parents. Each link on this site to information in the portal provides a wealth of information for planning and organizing both professional development and instruction in a variety of curriculum areas. Links to the administrator's resource page, grades k-6, 7-9, 10-12, and the parents' resource page are found at this URL.

This week's site of the week offers a multitude of resources for educators including lesson planning support, information on current issues, professional development resources, and templates for student work and classroom management. A very useful link on the Education World site is "technology integration". This link provides tutorials, Web Quest examples, and an excellent "ed tech tip of the day". Within this area of the site, be sure to click on "Tech Talk" for many additional links to support your use of technology in education!
